• Welcome to Alissa Aryn Photography!

I am so pleased you stopped by to take a look at my work. I am located in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida and I'm just awaiting your call to capture your sweet life - no matter what the occasion.

I specialize in maternity, newborn, and family portraits but I also capture boudoir, engagements, and weddings on the gorgeous Emerald Coast.

I like to keep my sessions light-hearted and fun leaving you with a great memory and beautiful images that are full of happiness and color.

I am looking forward to working with you!

    Xoxo, Alissa

Treyz Lifestyle Maternity

Lindsay is such a wonderful friend of mine, we went to college together and hit it off from the start. Two girls with a love of cooking, fine wine, stiff extra dirty martinis and a slightly scary addiction to bargain shopping are bound to end up being best buds.

Fast forward to adult life and here we are, still doing most of the same things, except Linds has had to cut back on the wine and martinis lately – she has happily substituted in more carbs and candy – don’t worry Donna, she passed the Gluten test;)

Lindsay has been right by my side for this whole adventure I have embarked on with my company. Not only have I gotten to watch her relationship with a wonderful man blossom, but I have also been lucky enough to capture almost every step of it with her! From bridal boudoir to wedding prep and now onto a new addition!

There have been a few birthdays and get togethers in-between but it has been a whirlwind to watch and I couldn’t be happier for her and Gus.

I seriously love everything about this session, its so simple and captures their lifestyle perfectly. Their new home will soon be complete with a brand new baby boy – and don’t worry, I will be sure to capture him too.

Lindsay and Gus – love you both so very much and I cherish our friendship to the moon and back <3

You can even make Mags look sweet! Can’t wait for baby Treyz to be here! We are going to need to have a welcome home party!

Booth Family Beach Session

Two things are for certain after this session – The Booth family is blessed with beautiful children and trying to get 7 kids to all look in one direction without a pink elephant is near impossible:)

These lucky parents/grandparents have three sons – all of which have gorgeous wives….named Allison – I’m not kidding. Ironic?… yes, but it made my job a breeze!

We didn’t luck out with the best weather, as they were here the week following our crazy rain storms so the beach was still a mess. Needless to say we made the best of the intense winds and I somehow managed to squeeze a tiny bit of golden light out of the overcast sky.

The girls were adorable and a handful all at the same time, and “photobombing” seems to be a popular activity among the cousins, but skittles bribery will ALWAYS win. Disclaimer: I always wait for parents to bribe first – then the flood gates are open and I run with it!

With their family continuing to grow, I can only hope to be lucky enough to capture this sweet family again next summer on their yearly visit to the Emerald Coast.

Some bloopers for the kiddos;)

there is just something magic about being a kid at the beach…

Amanda & Matt Eden Gardens Engagement Mini

Amanda and Matt were given the jobs of immediate friends for us when we moved over to Destin last summer. Matt works with my boyfriend and Amanda and I get to pal around whenever we can find the time – which lately with the whole “wedding planning” thing, hasn’t been happening as much as I would like;)

We decided to squeeze in a quick engagement mini session at the gorgeous Eden Gardens State Park last week so they could have some prints for their wedding THIS Saturday! The weather wasn’t great but we still had a lot of laughs, captured some sweet moments, and we all know their yellow lab Kia had a blast running a round.

A&M – Can’t wait for you wedding and a fun filled summer ahead:)

Aubrey & Rob Gainesville Engagement Session

My cousin Aubrey is simply stunning. Always has been and always will be, not only on the outside but also within. She has one of the biggest hearts of anyone I have ever met and I am so happy for her and her soon-to-be hubby, Rob.

Before moving to Santa Rosa Beach, we lived in Gainesville and restored a historic home, which is where Aubrey and her fiancé Rob now live! The fact that I can still visit our old project and know that someone truly cares for it makes my heart happy. Aubrey has even kept the garden going which to me is such a gift!

Aubrey and Rob will be having a destination wedding in West Virginia, in Rob’s hometown, but they wanted to capture this special time in their lives in Gainesville as well. This is where they met, fell in love, got engaged, and most recently bought their first home! The Thomas Center just so happens to be in neighborhood and is such a gorgeous garden area with the most amazing oak trees. In fact, this was where I did my fist photo shoot ever – my how things have changed!

I am in love with these images for many reasons, but mostly because their love is infectious. It was so hard to narrow it down to about 40, I could have used every.single.one. I hope these images bring a smile to your face and love to your heart.

Aubrey – thank you for letting me share in such an important time in your life, I love you!
